Sweet Cream Butter

Made from fresh pasteurised cream derived

from whole cow's milk

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

No more than 3 months in the temperature range between 0°C and minus 5°C and relative air humidity

under80%.

No more than 11 months in the temperature range between minus 6°C and minus 11°C.

No more than 18 months in the temperature range between minus 12°C and minus 18°C.

PACKAGING:

Cardboard boxes with inner polyethylene liner.

Semi-hard cheese

Made from cow milk. Classical technology for semi-solid cheeses.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

No more than 90 days in the temperature range between 0°C

and minus 4°C and relative air humidity

under80%.

No more than 45 days in the temperature range between 0°C

and 6°C and relative air humidity

under80%.

PACKAGING:

Lable is put after maturing and put in a cardboard box as T23

with a total weight of one box 20-25 kg.

All products meet national standards of Ukraine.

Cagliata cheese

Cagliata cheese is commonly used for Pasta filata (Mozzarella) as a raw material for production.

At our production we press the curd cut it in blocks and freeze at -21 ºC.

Cagliata cheese is packed with blue foil and carton box, 20kg each box. It must be transported at - 18ºC.

About us
Mission

Our mission for the company in general is to make people happy by providing healthy food. Selling export, we still stick to our general mission but focus on B2B values.

Vision

We believe, that to be profitable on the market, a company must know the market and sell a product with extra value.

Therefore, for the export activities, we had decided to do our best and provide our customers with exclusive value so they can gain more on their local markets.

We are middle sized, family owned company in Western Ukraine. Our production experience is in fresh dairy, cheese, butter, casein.

Since, we have decided to control complete process from milk farming to point of sale, our personnel consist of almost 600 people as for December 2016 and include everyone from milk collectors to sales agents (local markets).



Hrysyuk Anatoliy Ivanovych (the founder) has started developing independent business in 1995. Since then we have developed production capacities from  3 to 250 tons of milk processed per day (as for July 2016).

The company name is hard to pronounce in English (Radyvylivmoloko), so we have decided to create separate band for Export: A.One

The name of the company consist of two words: production and HQ location (town: Radyvyliv) and Ukrainian translation for milk (moloko). As for 2016, we are mainly selling on national market in Ukraine, but we have a goal to reach 50% of sales for export till 2020. In 2016 we have started to export butter and found good partners in new countires.

For 2017 we plan to sell to new countries and start exporting cheese-based solutions, in addition to existing sales.

Production

Casein and butter has started in 1995. Yearly capacity is 460t (as for 2016) and we plan to increase it in 2017. Butter production capacities are 1000t and we, usually, do not produce in winter time.

Fresh dairy has started in 2001 and is mainly for local market, since expiration dates are 14 days maximum.

Cheese production has started in 2009. Yearly capacity is 1500t (as for 2016). Our production facilities are considered as not large and do not have much of free capacities. Usually we develop existing customers and develop production relatively.
