Cagliata cheese

Cagliata cheese is commonly used as a raw mateial for Pasta filata (Mozzarella) production.

At our production we press the curd, cut it in blocks and freeze at -21 ºC.

Cagliata cheese is packed with blue foil and carton box, 20kg each box. It must be transported at - 18ºC.

Sweet Cream Butter

Made from fresh pasteurised cream derived from whole cow's milk

SHELFLIFE AND STORAGE CONDITIONS FOR BULK:

Up till 24 month if below minus 18°C

PACKAGING FOR BULK:

Cardboard boxes with inner polyethylene liner.

CERTIFICATION

All products meet national standards of Ukraine.

Semi-hard cheese

Made from cow milk. Classical technology for semi-solid cheeses.

SHELFLIFE AND STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Up till 90 days in the temperature range between 0°C and minus 4°C and relative air humidity under 80%.

 

PACKAGING:

Lable is put after maturing. T23 cardboard box with a total weight of 20-25 kg per box.

CERTIFICATION

All products meet national standards of Ukraine.

About us
Mission

Make people happy by providing healthy food. Selling export, we stick to our general mission and focus on B2B values.

Vision

We produce added value products - our customers sell it on their markets.

We believe that to be profitable enough, a company must know its own market and sell a product with extra value.

Therefore, for the export activities, we had decided to do our best and provide our customers with exclusive value so they can gain more on their local markets.

We are a middle sized, family owned company in Western Ukraine.

Since, in Ukraine, we have decided to control complete process from milk farming to point of sale, our personnel consist of almost 700 people as for December 2020 and include everyone from milk collectors to sales agents (local markets in Ukraine).



Hrysyuk Anatoliy Ivanovych (the founder) started developing independent business in 1995. Since then we have developed production capacities from 3 to 250 tons of milk processed per day (as for July 2017).

The name of the company consists of two words: production location (town: Radyvyliv) and Ukrainian translation for “milk” (moloko). The company name is hard to pronounce in English (Radyvylivmoloko), so we have decided to create a separate band for Export: A.One

As for 2020, we are mainly selling on the national market in Ukraine (80%), but we have a goal to reach 50% of sales for export.

Production

Casein and butter started in 1995. Casein yearly capacity is 600t (as for 2020).

Butter production capacity is 1000t per year. This amount is sold both locally and export.

Fresh dairy started in 2001 and is mainly for the local market.

Cheese production started in 2009. Yearly capacity is 1500t (as for 2020).
